Delete your account in the app

Open Soft Hours and sign in to the account you want to delete.

Go to Profile → Settings → Account & Privacy.

Select Delete Account, review the notice, and confirm your request.

If you cannot access the app or your account, use the email option below.

Request deletion by email

Email us from the address linked to your Soft Hours account. Use the subject Soft Hours Account Deletion Request and include your username, if available.

Verification

We may ask for limited account information to confirm that the requester owns the account. Do not email passwords, payment card details, or government identification unless our support team explains why it is legally necessary.
